Renewable charging

The generator is the biggest thing you can cut.

On location the diesel generator and unit transport are usually the largest sources of on-set carbon. Removing them is the highest-impact change a production can make.

Quieter sets are the side benefit — no hum, cleaner sound. Check a specific lighting load against the supply with the power planner.

01

Charge on renewables

The 71kWh battery goes out full on a 100% renewable tariff — the carbon is designed out before anyone arrives.

02

Power the set

Vehicle-to-load delivers up to 3.6kW on location — LED lighting, camera, monitors and charging, no generator.

03

Report the numbers

Charging records and estimated emissions come back formatted for the albert toolkit and client reporting.

Will going electric limit what we can shoot?

For factual, interview, branded and small-to-mid commercial work, no — 3.6kW covers a modern LED kit comfortably. Above that it goes hybrid: electric where it carries the load, conventional supply only where it genuinely has to.
